Still, the cup looked fine. Went to use it on Sunday evening and ended up with burnt fingers and a wet shirt. A hidden gash in a fold was leaking coffee all over the place.As this was my first order from this company and this type of purchase, i was most disappointed to say the least. Unsure if this was a faulty cup, but in reality, i suspect this was already returned and sent out to me as i asked for next day delivery. I would like to be greener, but having spent more time reviewing all these collapsible mugs, this seems to be an issue with them all. I'll wait until they can make one that actually does what it says. This is sadly not that cup. Returned for a refund.
