It's a regular tote bag with adjustable straps. So this one is perfect! My 15" laptop fits in there. I carry a yoga block, thick towel and yoga mat in mine. There's plenty of room left if I wanted to add a light jacket and a pair of shoes. There is a pocket on each side and they are big enough to hold a water bottle or your cell phone. It's made well. The color is great. The exterior and interior material is of great quality. Carries BIG mats like a champ *by B***M on January 7, 2019* I have the lulu big mat, being an extra tall yogi myself, and spent HOURS looking for a bag to easily fit that big guy along with a towel and change of clothes. I tried a couple of other bags but they didn’t work for a sticky mat that large... this one, however, is perfect. You just tuck the mat in behind the straps and off you go! There are a few pockets inside for storing essentials... two flappy ones for deodorant / shampoo, and one zippered pocket for valuables. Carrying strap is comfortable, even with the heavy mat, and the bag looks pretty sharp too!
