The non-ethanol fuel that I use for My mower, generator, snow blower is many miles from my home, so I needed a better sealing can than my plastic numbers. Can’t have excessive fumes or a slosh spill inside my truck. This JustRite can is the ticket.The can shipped to me in its JustRite box, no outer box, but can was pristine, no dents. The spout is installed with two Phillips head screws and a cork gasket, all provided. This can has a ten year warranty.This can is type 2, two openings, and seals well at each. I tested it with water first, no leaks when standing or pouring. I’m surprised that it pours so smoothly, no glub glub like most plastic numbers. I adore the directional spout and the under one inch size to use for my implements and my truck. I like that this can easily empties completely, unlike some plastic cans that need to be tipped nearly upside down to get the last few ounces.I paid twice as much as I did for any plastic can I ever bought, but after the frustrations of leaking, stripped threads on spouts, etc., I would only buy this gas can going forward. I own several other Justrite fuel cans and can attest they are worth the high cost due to the ease of refilling plus they don’t leak while keep the fumes in. But I’m sending it back.Shipping was next day delivery inside my garage. Box was undamaged. Opened it and the thing had a dent in it. How on earth this can got dented is beyond me.
