On the second, the power control switch on the device had to be pressed 5-25 times to make it come on. I requested returns for both devices and am hoping a third will work as it should. Incidentally, the manufacturer packaging is inadequate for the rough treatment Amazon packages receive; the flimsy plastic tray that the device is packaged in (inside the manufacturer's box) was massively cracked in both of the shipments I received.
