Also 36g of carbs did raise my blood sugar (I tested two hours prior) 20g of fiber is extremely high and your only required to have 25-38g per day so this bag will give you too much fiber if you usually eat fiber in your diet. 5-15g of carbs per serve is classed as low carb. Overall for me this was NOT diabetes friendly and I only had 1/2 a bag. Blood sugar prior was 108 2 hours prior was 196. My dad really enjoyed them and we think that they’re pretty good for the kind of candy they are advertised to be. The gummies are just a little heavy on the gelatin and the flavors are not that strong, but for it only being 1g of sugar, I’d say they’re pretty solid. I would definitely recommend these gummies for those who are diabetic, or strict on the amount of their sugar intake. It satisfies that candy craving while still being low in sugar and high in fiber. Great product, just a little pricey. There’s about a good handful of bears in each pouch and the box comes with 6 pouches.
