However, I had went through not one but 2 of these so far. The first one worked the first time then I turned it on the second time it turned on for 5 mins maybe before it just shut off and wouldn't turn back on no matter what I tried. We returned that one still hopeful that maybe it was just a fluke that we got a bad one. So we get the second one. The mat would not suction to my tub. Well I take that bad one got stuck and when I went to remove it the suction thing came off. No it was not ripped up harshly or forcefully but there was a huge hole in it after that. But it was outside of the return for Amazon. Well I put it under the cabinet I figured I could just put my foot where the hole was and press it up against the tub so that it didn't loose all of the pressure. Well the next time the same thing happened one got stuck. This time I didn't pull on the mat or anything. I went to stand up to turn the machine off and noticed that there was a spot blowing really hard so at this point I look a little further to figure out what was going on and sure enough one was stuck then there was a hole. After complications with 2 separate machines from this company I feel comfortable saying that this is not something you should waste your money on. Oh and the heat function is not existent it blows cold air. Really cold air at that.
