Avoid dealing with ReStockIt if you can, I know I will *by A***M on Reviewed in the United States on August 15, 2016* Be warned that this type of "split core" is exactly the same as a regular core. This does NOT work in our toilet paper dispensers and actually broke one (there goes $100....) when trying to slide in during a test. I searched for "split core toilet paper" and this had decent reviews, plus met my criteria based on the description... or so I thought. We are used to true split core which is about 1/4 of an regular core. On top of it, their customer service is trying to make us pay for shipping back PLUS adding on a 15% restocking fee.... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! Let me be clear, this is not Amazon's customer service. This is the company "ReStockIt" and their customer service and policies.
