A: I received mine 2/9/21 and expiration date is 4/4/23.  I keep mine in a cool place or in the freezer and it is still good. Has not bloomed.

A: Yeah, it works great for anything if you temper the chocolate correctly.

I’ve purchased this chocolate 3 times now. Both my husband and I love nibbling on a piece of this in the evening especially if sipping on a nice Cabernet. It has a nice snap and is the perfect balance of dark chocolate that satisfies the palate like no other. So good. Highly recommended.
