No they are not a $300 pair but much better then the $12.99 ones, which was what I was going for. These do what I need them to do and I am grateful for the correctly adjusted pair! I only give 4 stars because the first pair did not work great, I did not know how to adjust them and had to wait to get the 2nd pair. The wait was worth it though as the seller took care of me and even checked to make sure I was happy with the sencond pair.
