I had expected to need a short nap but nope, never even got close to that level of tiredness. I then tried a full bottle pre-workout and I honestly thought it wasn't doing anything at all as I felt nothing. But at the gym I actually had a solid workout and had energy and even some extra focus. The product appears to provide me with a very clean, non jittery energy that just keeps me going and allows me to work out a bit harder without really getting in the way if that makes any sense. The flavor is OK. It's kinda a tropical citrus chemically thing that is not too bad but not great either. It's easy to take half a bottle, the full bottle starts getting a bit "meh" to swallow - but it isn't too bad. Definitely nothing close to the enjoability of many pre workouts I've taken - but those were all powders and not shots like this. The mix of 230mg of caffeine and b vitamins definitely give you some stimulating effect for a workout or physical activity, but the energy wasn't focused for studying or mental activities. The taste wasn't bad, but I'm glad the bottles are only 2oz since I wouldn't want to sip on a big bottle of it. For $2.50 a bottle, these aren't cheap and I'd prefer an energy drink for the price, plus it's enjoyable to drink.
