It takes 20oz of oil and 1.6 gal of gas. Comes with a funnel and spark plug "wrench." I put in oil and gas today and being an excited idiot, tried starting it without turning on the fuel valve. After a few tries, I checked the manual, and there it is, turn this lever to ON. After that, it started right up. It runs relatively quiet, but in ECO mode it quiets down nicely. At first startup it ran a little rough (vibration), but soon settled into a nice idle.
