These product only have a life span of circa 6 months and so despite the Pacey Cuff being reasonably effective I did some research on line and decided to give the Lunderg product a go. I've been using the Confidence Clamp for 2 weeks now; for me, it is more comfortable, easier to use and more effective than the Pacey Cuff. It has the added bonus of being significantly less expensive. I work as a courier and get in and out of the cab of my van in excess of 200 times a day, the cuff found it hard to cope with this incessant movement, the Confidence Clamp takes it in its stride. It doesn't 100% control the leakage, my issues is partially stress incontinence and lifting heavy parcels - those in excess of 20kg - will often defeat the clamp but overall it is a huge improvement and I heartily recommend this product. It is comfortable enough to wear for a couple of hours without problem and you can unclip and re-clip it quickly, allowing use at a normal urinal quite discreetly.
