I took quite a few hours-long sessions to complete it but it never got dull or repetitive. The quality of the bricks and prints are fantastic, and the same goes for the outer and internal boxes. The instructions were very clear, especially when it came to placing and hiding the wiring for the lights - I was concerned that the electrics would be complicated, but everything you need comes clearly labelled, it’s just a matter of laying the wires and connecting them to each other. The finished effect of the lighting is amazing - you can see all the inside details through the many windows, and it’s bright enough to be visible in a well-lit room. I got this set on sale and with a coupon, but even at full price it would have felt like a bargain. If you’re on the fence about trying this set or brand I’d recommend going for it! The lighting drew me in and the quality is as good if not better than lego. The pieces stick together really well and the kit resembles the 'modular' series from lego.
