It covers most of the metal trim and back of the phone.The only gripe is it interferes with some of my headphone jacks. Perhaps some variability with the leather? Easy enough to move a little, but I might trim it a little. There is a little bit of a lip, but probably not enough to omit a screen protector if you are one who tends to scratch screens.
