I did a before and after picture just to see what we’re dealing with here and I can surprisingly see a slight change in my bridge. Very slight but still makes a world’s difference.With that being said though... this thing is VERY uncomfortable. I slept with mine in and had a horrible nights sleep. The feeling of weight on your nose doesn’t really leave during sleep and, unless you’re usually a mouth breather, it makes it uncomfortable to breath and I continuously wake up with a dry mouth and throat. You can remove the little nostril plugs out though so you can at least breathe a little but it’s still uncomfortable.I mean, overall, for being a cheap product, it does work.
