It is really soft inside and provides good cushioning all around. I already dropped it at the airport and my laptop is fine. I like the dark navy blue color and the side pocket is big enough to store the charger and a few other things (like a wallet or a planner). As you can see on the photo, there is extra space around the laptop, but it is not a problem at all. The case came a little wrinkled and with a bubble, and as a recovering perfectionist, that is the only thing I didn’t like. But those little imperfections are not that visible when you carry it.
