My dad is 6'2" and my older and 2 much younger brothers are all about that same height as well. I purchased these mostly as I liked the appearance and I thought the height boost like there is with my hiking boots would be a plus. They certainly look nice "it's the only shoe apparel I've ever had where people have actually commented on how much they "loved my shoes, where did I get them" I haven't had a single person ask me about my Adidas Yeezy's ever...I'm not making this up which is just strange. They seemed to fit my size 12 feet really well but just be advised that the increase in height is based off you not wearing any footwear and not 2.5" over a regular sneakers. They do actually make you a bit taller however you will have to get use to the fact that your foot is kinda angled high in the back which puts Slightly more pressure on your toes. I have wore them for entire days and been just fine. They are certainly not as comfortable as my Saucony cohesion or most other sneakers but I am overall happy with the look, cost and build quality. Also I used the Kiwi brand of waterproof spray.
