    Very effective for no soreness and no fatigue

I always take Allmax BCAA during my intensive workouts and it makes a huge difference, mainly after the training, no soreness and no fatigue. In the past I often felt sore and tired making more challenging to keep working out hard several times a week. No more, since taking BCAA I can train intensively knowing that I won’t have all of the next day muscle soreness and feel tired. It is also more refreshing than plain water and very flavorful. It is definitely on the sweet side, which is easy to mitigate by adding less or by adding more water if needed, the flavor is really good tough. If the product was less sweet, perhaps with Stevia or another natural sweetener, and a little cheaper would be a five star product in all categories.

I usually get my training in after a long day at work. This product wakes me up and helps me power through my workouts. I've only recently started taking but so far is doing what its supposed to.. I got the blue flavor, its very good. Will buy again.
