Simply, this is the very BEST set of pots/pans that I've ever owned! They heat evenly, clean up SUPER easily. Plus, I love the removeable handles for a variety of reasons. My only suggestion would be to make available glass/stove-proof lids for them, instead of the cheap plastic covers...but that's such a minor thing; I just use the ones from my previous set when needed. You can spend a boatload more on non-stick pans, but they won't be better than these. My suggestion? Don't think twice...BUY these. You won't be sorry.
