## Description

The X2 transponder is the latest generation of MyLaps race proven transponders. The X2 transponder offers two-way communication between the scoring system and the vehicle. This transponder is backwards compatible with all MyLaps decoder boxes. This transponder comes with a 1-year subscription. Your transponder is covered by a full factory warranty for the duration of the subscription. If you prefer to power this transponder from your vehicles battery, choose the X2 transponder with direct power option (MLP-10R611). NOTE: This transponder will ONLY work in Car & Motorcycle applications, or where your race director has specifically stated that they use Car/Motorcycle transponders.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this come with a charger? How do you charge it?**
A: This charges via USB.  It includes the USB cable, but it does not include a wall adapter.  You can charge using any PC or car USB outlet, or any smart phone USB to wall outlet adapter.

**Q: Why is a subscription necessary?**
A: The MyLaps X2 transponders require an active subscription on the transponder in order for it to work.

**Q: Does this include the mount**
A: Yes, the mount is included.

**Q: What speeds does it go up to?**
A: I don't know what the top speed is.  I purchased this transponder for my son's NASCAR modified that is primarily raced at kern County Raceway Park, which is a half mile paved race track.  He has recorded a 19.9+ second time on the track.

Easy to set up and use. Just note the battery will die in 4 days whether you use it or not, so make sure to charge it on the day before your race weekend, I found out the hard way but we were able to plug into the USB port in the trunk and charge it on the way to the track.
