I ordered two and we'll probably order a couple of more when the funds become available. It's small enough and light enough to carry in your pack no problem and we'll handle most Camp chores. And man is this thing great for fleshing a pelt. If you've got one of these in your pack and a good quality 4-in bladed knife you can handle just about any critter

I purchased as a gift for a friend. He's wanted one forever. I don't know if there the same as they were 45 yrs ago, but the quality is great now. It is a very useful multi task piece of kit. I tested the hardness on rc scale and it was on the money. Great for the outdoorsman.
