The wrapped pillar feature prevents the hot wax from spilling over the sides because the inner layers melt while the outer layer stays solid. This also added a very nice aesthetic as it burned due to the light emitting through the hexagonal textured outer layer. As well as looking beautiful, this candle offered a pleasant yet subtle honey aroma when lit. Not messy, burning nicely inside of itself , and it gave a lovely glow, i simply cannot afford $20 for what I assume will be a maximum 4 hour burn time.
