The magnet is strong and the band fully adjustable for those who want a firm or looser hold any given day. I have only had the band slip once after getting snagged on a tight jacket sleeve, but the magnet stayed affixed and the watch didn’t fall off my wrist before I could adjust it.I wash my hands constantly and this thing has rusted yet either.All in all, a great option for dressier events, or a simple color change. Band is Easy to take on/off. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks great and can't beat the price... *by I***V on September 6, 2018* I got the same watch band for my wife's series 2 42mm watch about 2 years ago from another vendor in Amazon and my wife asked for a replacement because the first one had a lot of scratches and did not look good anymore. So, I ordered this one and it is the same exact band. At this price, I would not mind replacing them once a year. It looks great and the cost is minimal if you like this type of watch band.Having said that, you should know that there are 2 problems with this type of watch band. First, you should be careful not to let the back of the watch rest directly on the band because it scratches the sensors of the watch. It does not cause a malfunction but you most likely don't want your expensive watch scratched by the inexpensive wrist band. The second problem may not apply to you but I am in the IT business and I have come across some laptops that use magnetic sensors to activate the sleep mode when the lit is closed. Dell is one of the manufacturers that used this type of sensor in some laptop models and it turns out the magnet of this wrist band will activate them. So if you have a laptop that uses this type of sensor, the laptop will go to sleep when you lay your wrists on it in order to use the keyboard and that is very annoying. You can check your laptop by taking a refrigerator magnet and swipe it around either side of the touchpad to see if the sleep mode is triggered. These problems are something to keep in mind but it is the nature of this band and cannot hold them against it.As far as looks and quality, you will not be disappointed for a watch band at this price and people will think that you paid a lot more. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect apple band! *by M***M on June 30, 2017* This apple band is the perfect size for me.
