Fits perfectly (the camera cutout is a little off center but does not affect functionality). There are plenty of holes for the side speakers, and only affects the sound a little. There is a very small lip around the screen which allows the screen not to touch the table when turned over, however it's not much and I wouldn't advise doing it. The TPU is not too slippery and adds some grip to the very slippery M5 tablet. I like it! Buttons and speaker holes are in correct positions. The back is not entirely clear, it has a "white fog" look to it. But it advertises as being "clear", which is definitely not true of the one I received. Mine is "milky" or "cream" colored on the back, so the actual gray back of the M5 device does not show through.
