I really enjoyed this mat at first. I actually kind of liked the tree fibers and the thickness really helped my sensitive knees.However, recently I've been developing my practice a lot more and notice the friction between my feet and the tree fibers were cutting up my toes. I thought it would be fine if I just flipped the mat over and used the sticky side, but then the mat slides along the floor just a little bit every time you hop in or out of a posture.
