As someone who has lost 50lbs in the past 14 months, this substitute has been a life saver. I love the taste and have come to appreciate this on other food items besides a fluffernutter sandwich. Awesome drizzled over fresh strawberries. The texture is questionable and as a current Floridian, changes daily. When you open the jar, the spread is airy and light, but within a few days it changes to a paste like consistency. The taste does not change and the ability to spread and drizzle is actually better after the initial deflation.
