Easy to store! - I bought the used one. The crepe machine is in good condition but the plastic spatula edge is melted. And the whisk is missing. It took a few times to figure out how to cook the crepes correctly. I used melted butter to oil the surface but I found out that it browned too much. I found out the non-stick coating works perfectly without much oil. Don’t immerse the crepe machine too deeply into the batter as it will fill the curved sides of the machine. It will crack when you try to separate the cooked crepe. Use a silicone spatula to remove it. Don’t use the plastic spatula that came with the crepe machine as it will melt. Easier to use than cooking in a regular frying pan. Don’t let the crepe sit too long as it will start to brown - they should be pale yellow color.
