It is so small I can even slide it into the rings of my notepad which is an extra plus that I didn't know before purchasing. The pens with an "s" as this is a 2 pack (not shown in my picture as the other is still in the velvet pouch) and also with 2 additional refills as well which is a nice bonus. The pen also feels perfect in my hands even for its small size and it has good weight which I like. Very well thought out design with the twist mechanism which has slight friction when turning but is smooth at the same time.
