Review: This has very few oats in it to help bariatric patients post-op ingest some much needed fiber without harming the stomach in the early stages of eating. However, once made, it tastes like you are eating bubbly, foamy paste. The protein in this product foams up so bad once you microwave it that it's intolerable to eat. It fills your mouth with foam, which then gets swallowed into your stomach, and creates burps, gas, and fills you up doubly fast. So you go into eating a packet of this oatmeal thinking youll be getting 15g of protein, but you will likely only be able to get a quarter of the serving down, thus making you eat terrible, foamy paste for very little protein. Do not recommend. If you want something from this company that does taste good and gets you protein I recommend their hot cocoa packets instead. Those are quite good.
