Now having my pinky on the grip greatly increases recoil stability. The standard red laser CT grip is smaller, although maybe that's what you want in a EDC revolver. I personally prefer this. Although this grip does have rubber inserts, they do not cling to my shirt like the hogue grip did. The butt is smooth plastic. The design is flawless. It handles recoil as well as the stock grip and fits my hand better.
