The car music was making my head throb I felt nauseous and dizzy and the light was killing me-all warning signs of a bad migraine coming. I saw the package on my doorstep and immediately made a cup of tea. Let it steep for 10 mins. By the time I finished my cup of tea my symptoms were gone. What?! I couldn't believe it!I was prepared for this tea to taste bad because of the feverfew and thought if it works I'll just get used to the awful taste but it was DELICIOUS!I highly recommend this to anyone with migraines/ headaches. I'm trying to take less pills and go a more natural way as I have severe chronic migraines since I was 7 years old and most likely will for the rest of my life.
