Everyone is absolutely correct, these tires are EXTREMELY hard to get on. However, they are completely worth the sweat and sore hands. My concern was that these tires would eat up my battery, and make me ride slower. Guess what, its not bad at all. Let me put it this way, with tube tires, my average speed for a 4 mile trip, on city streets with several stops, is 15.3 mph. Now its 14.5mph with these tires. Now granted, i only installed the back tire but still, the difference is probably not noticable. What is noticable is acceleration, that drops but top speed remains pretty much normal. Ill keep my setup as is until the front tire goes flat, no way im going through that tough install a second time unless its absolutely necessary.TIPS FOR THE INSTALL: Put the tire in the microwave for no more than 3 minutes. Watch it carefully, make sure it doesnt start smoking or catch fire. Obviously it will be super hot so handle with an oven glove only. Next, lay the tire flat on the ground and start to work the rim inside the tire. Grab two VERY STRONG flathead screwdrivers and begin stretching the tire over the rim, be careful not to burn yourself or bend your disk brake. You will only get it on half way using this method. Once you get half way, youll need to insert the screw driver between the rim and the tire. Do this on the part of the tire that isnt mounted yet and insert it ALL the way across the rim and begin stretching the tire. Hold the screwdriver with one hand, use the other to dig under the tire and push the rim into the tire. Keep doing this until the tire is mounted. Now you need to properly seat the tire. Grab a hammer, dig your screwdriver under the tire and make sure it comes out on the otherside of the rim but without dismounting the tire. Turn your tire over and hang it a bit off the ledge so that the screwdrivers handle is dangling upside down. Take your hammer and whack the tire into place. The stock pneumatic tires have a diameter of 8.5”, which is what these tires are labeled as, but these tires are actually 8”, which effectively reduces ground clearance and top speed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Probably I could repeat the Hell putting it.o *by F***Z on Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2018* I give it 4 stars becausa was really quickly, approving my expectations.The tires are smaller than the official, the extarnal diameter is 8,2" and the internal is -0,5" than the official.To put it I needed the help of 3 mechanics of my company, and near than 2h of their time.Is extremely necessary to put before the installation the tires in the microwave turning its faces (1min + 1 min + 1 min).Finally we get the objetive, but the holes of my tires do not looks like a "circles" for the pressure. The deformation is minimal but it exists.The scooter runs perfectly but I note an small waste in the velocity.
