We called the Primecom customer service number, on a Sunday no less, and David answered and got us back up and running within fifteen minutes with some quick troubleshooting. There's an outlet on my building that was a little too far away with the Ford supplied charger. I bought this to test it out and it works great. Although the circuit is a Nema 14-50, it only charges at 16amps. Wish it would charge at 24 or 32 amps but at 16 amps I don't have to worry about the cord overheating.
