Nothing was broken or damaged, even though the company reached out to me and said to inspect as they had been have some problems with the shipping company. I originally realized my order would not arrive before I was to fly out to wedding so I cancelled one of the other items on order and the item arrived within 2 days. I love how the tray hides the tools and markers and that the chalk signs are reusable. I also like the size of board and that it allow a place for crackers. I have a cheese board that I use all the time that I was given as a gift which was why i also thought of giving one as a gift item.
