I bought in mid August, have only used it probably 3 times, and today one of the kneading tools snapped in half while mixing. It was not a hard dough. Was cinnamon roll dough. I am so disappointed as this was supposed to be a replacement to my other one that just died on me. I bake alot, and usually just use the regular mixing tool which is fine. They dont even have replacement parts on their storefront page.
