A: Yes, but it's very sticky.  Consider mixing with corn starch to make it easier to work with.

**Q: Will this work on a crack on my concrete driveway. Can it be applied while area is wet?**
A: Would definitely not recommend this product for this applicatin

**Q: Is this item "permanently waterproof" as marked oo ONE photo?**
A: I have not had any problems with it.  But I’m not dead yet so I can’t tell you that
