My husband has been away working for this time and the first thing he said returning 2 days ago was wow babe what have you been doing your hair and skin look amazing !! I told him now he’s taking it too. I’ve tried a lot of biotin products for x3 the price and we even make our own bone broth occasionally but I can honestly say I can see better results. Even more than what I was hoping for and it’s not been that long. I think you can’t just take this every so often it has to be everyday. I can see the results already !! Very happy not just my hair and skin my nails too, infact I need to get a mani pedi more often now as my nails are growing so fast and strong.Very happy I’m in !! I have a degenerative condition in my cervical spine. I have had numerous injections between my vertebrae along with burning of my nerves to reduce pain. Dr.'s prescribed numerous opioids and other pain medication to help me through each day. I luckily found a great Dr that has given me a medical treatment plan that does not use any medication or invasive procedures. Part of this plan includes using Collagen Peptides (CP). Since I started using CP I no longer take any medication and have only see my Dr. twice a year for minor treatment to reduce muscle inflammation. I am mobile, flexible and happy. Give this about 2 months and one day you will just notice that you have not had any discomfort for awhile. It is gradual but once it takes it lasts as long as you continue using CP. It will clump when you initially mix it with cold beverages. Just keep mixing or make it the night before so that it dissolves overnight.
