Poss ok for sprint but wouldn't like to do any distance on a bike on them ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Comfy, small pad and nice fit *by G***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 February 2017* I have used these for training mainly because last year when I did a tri I used Speedo endurance swim shorts, which after 35 mins on a bike cause some discomfort, I wanted to get used to running, cycling and swimming in these. I will review these in order (Tri order)1. Swimming these fit nicely and it doesn't feel like Im wearing a nappy, I don't notice the pad while swimming, I have large quads and they stretch nicely without restricting.2. Cycling - They offer comfort and some light padding (enough to stop getting a numb private regions), I wouldn't do an iron man in these though, Ive done several 40KM training rides with them so would work fine for a Olympic distance Tri.3.
