These dumbbells are great. They work exactly as described, and they seem very solid, which makes it seem as though they'll last a long time. I put them (and their trays) on a strong table that's hip height, which is essentially the same height as the top level of a dumbbell rack at the gym. Good purchase, and I'm now thinking about selling my eight pair of regular dumbbells.
