They claim it’s not their problem as deferred the blame to desertcart. desertcart has amazing customer service. Do not support this brand merek. They have crappy boards and it’s not even real wood. The entire bed is wobbly when you get on the upper bunk. Not a good piece of furniture. Of you want a crappy wobbly bed, buy. The instructions were worthless. Had to guess as sometimes they mirrored the image in the instructions. And other times not. Some holes weren’t drilled. Took forever to assemble. Not impressed Review: Daughter loves it.
