It does taste natural in comparison to others so perhaps it is a natural sparkling water. **Q: Is this 8 12packs?** A: This is one package that contains 8 cans, 12 oz each -- i.e., an 8-pack. **Q: Is this made with real lemon juice?** A: The beverage is described as flavored from flavors that are "naturally essenced". As a Chemical engineer that appears to indicate they begin with natural oils, juices and modify them slighly to remove bitterness or acidity I prefer LaCroix as it definitely tastes natural.
