This particular brand is simply divine. Slightly nutty with a nice meltability, I nearly swooned after tasting a whole grain waffle with it. If you are looking at ghee, you are probably one who already loves whole grain waffles, but in my book, they usually taste like sawdust. Waffles are a childhood thing that I want to taste like the white flour childhood waffles. Move over, kindergarten years!
