I’ve been using Thompson Tees and Spanx brand versions of this for years. Both of those brands are very effective but quite pricey for an undershirt even if it technically has “medical condition” aid. I wore one of these under my WOOL groomsman suit at a wedding in FLORIDA OUTSIDE AT 4PM. I had it on for about 7 hours and could feel some moisture on the outsides of the pit area but nothing that would ever make it through another shirt much less a suit coat (this happens to me). Yes the expensive brands also do this with zero moisture on the outside but they have a plastic like weird inner lining that (obviously) doesn’t breath well and even if you live a fairly healthy life they become stained very quickly and also just feel gross to have on after a few hours.
