Now I have all the bbq and ranch ones sitting at home and can’t eat them lol. I think all sweet potato chips needs is salt. Why complicate it with all that extra flavor and masking the taste. Sea Salt is 5 stars, perfectly crispy, crunch, salty and not greasy. Carolina BBQ is 5 stars, lots of tangy, peppery BBQ flavor. Farmhouse Ranch is 4 stars because they need so much more of the ranch seasonings. The sweet potato flavor overwhelms the ranch, which is a tragedy because it is the perfect creamy ranch flavor, not overloaded with garlic and onion that hangs around on your breath like so many ranch snacks. I really hope Jackson's fine tunes this recipe so the ranch flavor can shine!
