I’ve started taking meditation classes and we are supposed to sit cross-legged on the floor with our back straight. Because of a lifetime of bad posture, I have not been able to do this without my back hurting badly. I always wind up hunched over to ease the pain. The moment I put this on, I knew it was going to help. When you adjust the straps, it pulls your shoulders back and helps keep your back aligned correctly. I used the measurement guide in the photos and I was right on the cusp between a medium and large. I’m glad I went with a medium.
