When I purchased a new insulated lunch bag, these were a suggested buy. I'm so glad I got them! They fit perfectly 2 side by side in the bottom of my bag, then the other 2 on top of my lunch. When I get home at the end of the day, they're still frozen and the bag is still cold! Even the outside of the bag gets super cold! I pop them in the freezer and they're ready to go for the next day. I had food leakage the other day, and everything was covered with liquidy mess.
