It was perfect for him. One year later, he hasn’t played with it very much. It is a basic transformer. Other transformers are more complicated and seem to hold his attention longer. Surprisingly, he knows all their names. At 6 1/2, playtime gets more intricate so he might think this toy more for someone younger. **Q: Are instructions included so that you know it transforms?** A: I don’t remember if it had instructions, but it is super simple to transform because it’s for very little kids.
