The suction was non existent. I typically get 4-5 ounces on one side with my other pump within 8 minutes. But with this one, I couldn’t even get an ounce within 10 minutes. And I was almost engorged. The quality was fantastic and the packaging alone screamed "we care about our product." I was so excited to get this pump in, as I am an exclusive pumper, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. The shield depth/shape was too deep for me so it pulled absolutely nothing when pumping. The customer care team reached out to me after a few days to check on how the pump was going and I explained the situation. They were absolutely fantastic and understanding leaving me wanting to purchase another pump from them just a different style because you could tell they genuinely cared about my experience with their company.
