Boy does it keep coffee hot and that's on the low 'keep warm' setting which doesn't tarnish the flavor. And what about that flavor, it's amazing whether just brewing a single mug or brewing a complete giraffe (it has a long neck) the flavor is consistent. Love, love, love the cold brew feature. How have I lived without this? Previously I'd brew a pot of coffee and put it in the fridge to cool down, but this baby brews straight over ice, again by the mug, if that's all you need. Again, awesome full flavor without being bitter. It sits under the counter too and because of the horizontal action of the brew basket, you don't have to move the machine everytime you want to brew a coffee. The included measuring spoon attached to the side and 'drip stop' feature make this machine standout from the crowd for sure. I'm English, we don't make cups of tea in a coffee machine and I believe you would be deported from the UK for doing so.
