Yes it has some sugar that's where the calories come, but I did the math and in my coffee I only use a teaspoon which is around 4g and it works out to about 15 or so calories in my coffee. And I definitely think it's worth it because of the flavor it adds. I bought a bunch of Jordan's skinny syrups with this DaVinci Cinnamon Bark and the Skinny Syrups are horrible, they're overly sweet because they're trying to make up for no sugar? It doesn't bother me that they use a version of Splenda (sucralose), but the flavor is what grossed me out. None of them were good. And to make them zero calories zero sugar, the ingredients were questionable. The DaVinci Naturals that I bought in Cinnamon Bark has sugar, water, citric acid, and cinnamon. 4 ingredients ..it's fantastic and I am buying up much more flavors and giving/ donating all of my skinny syrups because it's not worth it. 15 calories is okay with me. They recommend a whole ounce.
